The following provisions are recognized with the purchase of a festival ticket:
Cast and program changes, event postponement/cancellation, visual obstruction
Changes to the cast or program do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract, return the tickets or reduce the purchase price.
If the event is generally canceled, the purchase price (excluding advance booking fees and postage or shipping) will be refunded by the organizer after the date of the event upon presentation of the admission ticket.
If the event already in progress has to be canceled, no replacement can be granted. We reserve the right to postpone the start of the performance for weather-related reasons.
At the rear of the festival site (as seen from the stages), visibility may be obstructed. This does not entitle the customer to a reduction in price, compensation or withdrawal from the contract.
Ticket price
The ticket price includes an advance booking fee of 15%, a system fee of 2.50 and VAT of 7%.
Image and/or sound recordings
Sound, photo, film and video recordings before, during and after the event on the event grounds (at festivals: spectator area), including for private use, are prohibited. The organizer is entitled to take possession of recordings made in this way or, if technically possible, to delete them.
In the event that image and/or sound recordings are made during a performance by authorized persons, the visitor agrees with the purchase of the ticket that he/she may be recorded in image and/or word and that the recordings may be published and used without any claim to remuneration.

The general terms and conditions of the organizer regarding image and sound recordings and image rights apply on the entire festival site:
Professional image, sound and video recordings or the use of professional equipment are prohibited without special permission.
The visitor grants the organizer the right to be recorded in photos and/or film material, and the visitor agrees that this material may be made publicly accessible.
The visitor has no claim to the image rights of recordings that are photographed or filmed in connection with the event by the organizer or its authorized persons and on which is recognizable.
Protection of minors
Regulations for the protection of minors during the Taubertal Festival are recognized with the purchase of tickets.

Environmental protection
At the Taubertal Festival, you undertake to treat nature and natural resources with care and to pay attention to cleanliness. Waste can always be disposed of at our event in the bins provided.
Miscellaneous
Animals are not permitted on the event grounds.
The instructions of the personnel employed by the organizer must be followed.
There are venues within the festival that have very limited parking facilities. It is advisable to take this into account when planning your journey. Longer walking distances cannot be ruled out.
Claims for damages of the customer against KARO GmbH due to offenses, breach of contract or culpa in contrahendo are excluded, unless the damage was caused at least by gross negligence.
KARO shall only be liable if and to the extent that such damage was foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the event, taking into account all known or culpably unknown circumstances. It is agreed between KARO GmbH and the visitor that the visitor uses the services of KARO GmbH at his own risk.
Admission is only granted with a valid admission ticket. It is forbidden to bring glass containers, cans and plastic bottles onto the festival site. It is strictly forbidden to bring pyrotechnic objects, flares, weapons and weapon-like objects to the event. Non-compliance will result in expulsion from the event site. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the admission price.
There is a security check at the entrance. The security service is instructed to carry out a body search. The right to refuse admission (against reimbursement of the nominal value of the admission ticket) is reserved. When you enter the festival grounds, your ticket is exchanged for a festival wristband, which entitles you to enter and leave the festival. No replacement will be provided if the ticket or festival wristband is lost.
If the event is canceled or interrupted due to official orders or force majeure, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of services already rendered (e.g. event days already held, advance booking and shipping fees).
The organizer reserves the right to change the location and/or date of the event.
When parking, please follow the instructions of the security staff. Please use public transportation. Ticket holders park their cars at their own risk.
The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
The purchase of admission tickets for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.
The householder’s rights at events lie with the organizer
“Stage diving” and “crowdsurfing” are strictly prohibited. Visitors who endanger themselves or others will be expelled from the premises.
In the event of violations, we reserve the right to expel the offending persons from the premises.
Attendance at the event is always at your own risk.
All visitors are liable for any damage they cause.
