Dear team,

Here you will find general information about your activities at this year’s Taubertal Festival.
You will receive specific information about your activities and your working hours by email from your team leaders.

We look forward to seeing you and thank you for your commitment!

Access authorization (your ticket to the festival)

You will receive your access authorization in the form of a wristband.

Please come to our service point during the week before the festival
(but in any case before you go to the festival in the valley):

Opening hours

Monday and Tuesday: 12:00-19:00
Wednesday: 12:00 – 19:00
Thursday: 09:00 – 21:00
Friday: 09:00 – 21:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 21:00
Sunday: 09:00 – 19:00

You will receive your T-shirt, food vouchers and your access authorization. On request, you can get a parking ticket for the VIP parking lot in the valley. This is non-transferable and only reserved for people who really have to travel by car!
Please form carpools and use the official festival bus shuttle!

Miscellaneous

Please also take into account the distance you need to travel from the camp/car etc. to your workplace/meeting point so that you are there on time at the start of your shift.
Make sure you wear suitable clothing (sun, rain, cold)
Always wear closed shoes
Possibly bring sun protection
NOTE for Wednesday and Thursday before the festival:
It is not yet possible to eat in the crew tent on Wednesday and Thursday, so please provide your own food on both days.
