The Taubertal Festival has lived from its volunteers for over 20 years. The festival would not be possible without our “Heroes”!
The idea goes back to the beginnings of the event… A unique event in a family atmosphere was born.
And you can be part of it.
We offer various jobs in the stewarding service, catering team, environmental team and check-in team. Here you can find more information about the respective teams and the requirements.

Security service
As a volunteer in the security service, you have an important role at the festival. We would be delighted if you could support the festival for 8 hours a day on 2 out of 4 festival days.
Catering Team
The catering team is mainly responsible for feeding our supporters on the festival days. If you would like to join the catering team, it would be an advantage if you have experience in working with bar equipment, as a kitchen assistant or generally in handling food. But don't worry, these are not mandatory criteria for working as a catering helper. We look forward to your support on 2 out of 4 festival days and will teach you everything you need to know to fulfill your tasks.
Environment Team
Our festival should remain clean. And you can make a big contribution to this. As part of the environmental team, you will help to keep the festival site clean and tidy most mornings. This activity usually lasts 5-6 hours, so you have the rest of the day at your disposal. Regardless of your voluntary support, we offer you a paid vacation job for the week after the festival.
Check-In Parking and Camping
You enable our visitors to have a smooth start to an unforgettable festival weekend If you would like to support us in the check-in area, you should be available on the days of arrival - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. During these days you support us best 8 hours a day, but on the festival weekend you have most of the time off.
Part-time or vacation job
If you are looking for a paid vacation or part-time job, the construction team could be just the thing for you. Ideally, you should work in the period from July 27 to August 26, 2024 will be available. However, you can also join for a shorter period.
Are you from out of town? We provide exclusive camping areas with electricity and sanitary facilities for you during the entire working time and the festival itself.
